1. PASS Malaysia University English Test (MUET) with minimum Band 3; and
   
   
2. PASS Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with 5 credit include Malay Language, Mathematic, one other subjek;
    i. Science       ii. Biology       iii. Chemistry/ Physic dan PASS Biology
   And; 2 other subject and PASS English Language
    
3. And should have one from:
   
    Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with minimum CGPA 2.5 or;
    Matriculation/Asasi in Science field with minimum grade PNGK (CGPA) 2.50; or
    PASS Diploma (Level 4 Malaysia Qualification Framework,MQF) in Science field with
       minimum grade PNGK (CGPA) 2.50 (transfer credit not allowed; and;
    PASS Interview by KUIM
   
4. Other recognized qualifications are equivalent to it by the Government of Malaysia
