AMALAN BUDAYA KESELAMATAN DAN KESIHATAN PEKERJAAN (KPP) DI STESEN MINYAK ROSLI PETRONAS TAMAN YAYASAN SEGAMAT JOHOR BAHRU ) KETIKA PANDEMIK COVID-19
Abstract
Pengurusan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (KKP) adalah penting bagi industri yang berisiko tinggi seperti industri minyak dan gas. Peristiwa Deepwater Horizon di Amerika Syarikat contohnya pada 20 April 2010 yang mengorbankan 11 nyawa dan mencederakan 17 pekerja dalam kemalangan yang berpunca daripada kebocoran paip minyak. Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti amalan budaya KKP di stesen minyak ketika pandemik Covid-19. Kajian ini dijalankan di stesen minyak Rosli Petronas Taman Yayasan Segamat Johor Bahru. Kaedah kajian kuantitatif telah digunakan dalam kajian ini melalui edaran borang kaji selidik kepada kepada 10 orang pekerja di stesen minyak Rosli Petronas. Teknik persampelan bertujuan telah digunakan bagi mendapatkan responden kajian. Dapatan kajian mendapati 60% responden sangat bersetuju bahawa majikan dan pekerja di stesen minyak Rosli Petronas Taman Yayasan Segamat mengamalkan budaya KKP di tempat kerja ketika pandemic Covid-19.
